Not every name here started in Pittsburgh. Two of these rooms carry brands built elsewhere and brought to this city, and their pages say where they came from.
One application, every restaurant
We hire across the group, including at the restaurants that have not opened yet. Fill it in once and it reaches the hiring manager for all of them. Applications go straight to our hiring manager. Expect to hear back within a week.
Dining rooms are public rooms
Our restaurants sit in the Southside, downtown and Homestead. That means neighborhood partnerships, charity dinners and tastings.

Where are your restaurants?
Our open restaurants are in Pittsburgh. Okane is downtown at 245 Fourth Ave, Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings is on Sidney Street in the Southside, and Top Pot Korean BBQ and Mindushengyan are also open. Opafe Bakery and Opal Grand Buffet are on the way. Every address and phone number we have is on the Locations page.
How do I apply for a job?
Use the careers form on this site. One application covers every Opal Group restaurant, so you only fill it in once, and you can attach a resume. It goes straight to our hiring manager.
How do I book a table?
Reservations are handled by each restaurant rather than by the group. Open the restaurant you want on the Locations page and use its own booking link or phone number.
Are all of these brands originally from Pittsburgh?
No. Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao started in Flushing, New York in 2006 and is recommended by the Michelin Guide, and Top Pot Hotpot and Korean BBQ is a national name founded in 2010.
