What we collect
Two forms on this site collect information, and only when you choose to fill one in. The contact form takes your name, email, an optional phone number, the subject you pick and your message. The careers form takes the details on the application, plus a resume if you attach one.
Both forms also record the page you submitted from, your IP address and your browser's user agent. That is standard request information, kept so we can tell a real application from an automated one.
Why we keep it
To reply to you, and in the case of an application, to consider you for a job. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside Opal Group and the services listed below.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database on our own Cloudflare account. Resumes are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage and are readable only through a link containing a random identifier that appears solely in the notification we receive. Notification emails are delivered by FormSubmit. Hosting is Cloudflare Pages.
How long we keep it
Contact messages and applications are kept while they are useful to us, and removed on request.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. If we add analytics later, this page will say so before it goes live.
Getting your information removed
Send a message through the contact form asking us to delete what we hold, and tell us which form you used and roughly when. We will remove it and confirm.
Links to other sites
Our restaurants have their own websites, and some of them use booking and ordering services run by other companies. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site under their policy, not this one.
